组织弹性研究的现状和趋势

福岛核事故表明,组织安全需定位于组织本身的应对事故和风险的能力,即组织的弹性。文章在文献研究的基础上,研究了组织管理安全研究的发展过程,对近年来国外关于组织弹性的研究现状进行了介绍,包括弹性的定义、组织弹性的结构和部分测量方法。最后对研究现状进行评价并且指出未来的研究方向。     

新世纪以来英美文学教学研究回顾与展望

在经济全球化浪潮的冲击下,由于实用主义和重商主义等因素,国内高校的英美文学教学面临来自学科内外的困境。新世纪以来,不少学者和英语教师针对英美文学教学现状进行了相关研究,试图找到解决这些困境的思路和方法。本文对新世纪15年来国内英美文学教学研究状况进行简要回顾,并展望了高校英美文学教学的前景。     

传播学视角下高校思想政治理论课教学传播有效性探析

从传播学的视角看,高校思想政治理论课教学是师生围绕信息进行的人际传播互动过程,运用传播学基本理论考察这一传播过程的基本要素,分析影响传播过程有效性的因素和探求增强传播过程有效性的策略,对于增强思想政治理论课教学的有效性具有重要意义。     

作为中国现代审美意识的“忧郁”--顾彬论中国现代性的启示与不足

德国汉学家顾彬的《二十世纪中国文学史》突显了现代性审美意识作为中国文学史研究之核心的特点。在顾彬看来,忧郁是中国现代审美意识转变的标志,因为现代人审美经验核心是忧郁,或者说忧郁占据了现代审美意识的中心。问题在于,依顾彬之见,中国的现代文学所呈现的现代性意识是一种普遍意义上的现代性,因为它是在西方现代性的影响下发生的,从而中国现代性并不仅仅是中国的现代性,而是具有普遍性意义。但他忽视了中国现代性具有的内在性特质,他认为红楼梦“忧郁”具有现代性的特质,实际上否定了自己关于中国现代性仅来自西方影响的论断。     

“中国梦”融入《中国近现代史纲要》教育探析

实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”,是中国近现代历史的主题和主线,因此,有必要将“中国梦”教育融入《中国近现代史纲要》的教学进程。在讲授完中国近现代史之后,以专题的方式、以“中国梦”为主线来梳理和巩固整个中国近现代史,既可强化中国近现代史的内容,又能系统、深入地剖析“中国梦”,从而真正实现历史课教学与“中国梦”教育的目的,使当代大学生勇于担当实现“中国梦”的神圣使命。     

Quality of employment in Latin America: Theory and evidence

Historically, the development literature concerned with Latin American labour markets has focused on job numbers and productivity. But given the persistence of large shares of informal and now otherwise precarious employment, the authors argue that meaningful analysis also requires consideration of the implications of occupational status for the quality of employment. Based on empirical evidence from recent decades, they conclude that most dimensions of this concept – including social protection – depend on the conclusion of a written contract of employment. This finding leads them to outline policy options for stabilizing formal employment and securing adequate funding for social protection.     

Strategic Intersectionality and Political Representation: Female Muslim Councilors in London

This article addresses questions of how race/ethnicity, gender, and religion influence political representation. We use original interview data to test a strategic intersectionality theory developed by Fraga and colleagues (2005) in the case of female Muslim councilors in London, the United Kingdom. The original strategic intersectionality theory proposes that women are more effective advocates for ethnic group interests due to their unique capacity to leverage three primary resources: a substantive policy focus, multiple identity advantage, and gender inclusive advantage. We modify the thesis by analyzing religion as an additional identity marker and further disaggregating the three primary sources of leverage. We use the modified thesis to test whether female Muslim councilors of three London boroughs are more effective advocates for Muslim interests than their non-Muslim colleagues. We find mixed evidence for the presence of the three sources of leverage associated with strategic intersectionality, resulting in a more complex theorizing of this phenomenon than that found in prior research. This study offers a new contribution to the operationalization of intersectionality and the literature on intersectionality and political representation.     

The Heart of the Matter: Exploring Intergenerational Themes in Children’s Literature

Exploring intergenerational themes in children’s literature, this article shares the perspective of one grandfather and the reactions of educators in response to stories of young and old. Four themes found within intergenerational children’s literature are identified: (a) perceptions of grandparents’ interests and personalities, (b) passing down of knowledge, (c) shared moments/adventures, and (d) perceptions of aging. Intended as a reference point for educators as they select books depicting intergenerational themes, a question asked is, What is at the heart of the matter when it comes to children’s literature depicting themes of young and old?     

多维互动:族际政治整合机制研究

多维互动是族际政治整合的一种重要机制,政府、社会组织、族员三者互动的结构、特点、方式、内容构成了这种机制的基本框架。其具有认知、理解、信任、包容等功能,这些功能促进了各族员由民族认同到国家认同的转向。因此,建构族际政治整合多维互动机制是实现各族员和谐共处、共同发展的政治保障。     

西北欠发达民族地区农民的政治参与研究——以甘藏沟村为例

政治参与是普通公民通过各种合法方式参加政治生活,并影响政治体系的构成、运行方式、运行规则和政策过程的行为。研究发现,经济发展缓慢,农民文化程度低等因素的影响,西北欠发达民族地区农民的政治参与度较低。应大力发展经济和教育,提高地方政府绩效,使农民的政治参与向着制度化、有序化的方向健康发展。
